Project Management assistance fills a gap and delivers key support for business expansion

Business challenge:  With a large and growing fan base and worldwide brand, timely new business setups within the Company’s ERP system were critical to maintain excitement and momentum in new territories. As staff focused on their fast-paced business opportunities, Agility took the lead laying the foundation that would help the team to scale seamlessly.

Agility engagement:  Engaged on two separate projects, Agility provided seasoned business and technology-experienced Project Management to take the Company from start to finish. Partnering with both the Finance and IT teams, new ledgers, subledgers, bank entities, vendor masters, and other needed setup and configurations within their Oracle ERP system were put into place. Conversion/migration of data and processes were also performed to help move newly acquired enterprises onto Oracle as quickly as possible.

Both projects delivered the necessary accounting functionality within the ERP system, allowing the teams to continue to operate their respective business operations uninterrupted.  Both projects were delivered on time and within budget.

Business Outcome:  With all of the financial systems in place, the Company’s business expansion activities tracked to plan and allowed everyone to “party on”.
