Agility engagement:  Our initial Advisory engagement began with process analysis.  This led to multiple solution tracks including enhancing the existing coding approach to add dimensionality to the financial information and reporting and then documenting the workflow and looking for efficiencies and value in each step.

We then transitioned to a Consulting engagement were we evaluated the mid-tier EPM market, went to RFQ with six platforms and selected Jedox based on features and fit.

The Jedox platform, the new coding structure, and the improved workflow were configured and implemented successfully within budget and schedule.

Business outcome: Automated the budgeting process to allow for rightsizing of the team.  Provided driver based planning that allowed for “levers” for better operational management of the large scale events and provided new, valuable insights into the business, replacing assumptions with evidence based financial results.
