AI-enabled legal processes via Ironclad CLM platform

Agility engagement: The initial engagement was to lead a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform evaluation and selection process. This engagement concluded with the selection of the Ironclad platform, based on its fit to the defined operational/functional requirements, their industry-leading SaaS technology including AI and a metadata rich contract repository.

Agility then transitioned into performing all leadership and project management of the implementation of the Ironclad platform. This project delivered all system configuration and setup for all of the business entities, a multi-layered security model, multiple initial contract workflow builds and the initial repository build with the import of legacy contracts using the platform’s AI ingestion technologies. Agility continued on with support of the platform, performing all admin functions and coordinating all vendor interactions.

Business outcome: Improved overall workflow between legal and operations teams, scalable event waiver functionality using Clickwrap technology and improved contract metadata access by the finance group.
