Business challenge:  Ineffective business development and sales strategies; no customer and sales data-driven insights or intelligence for them to tap into to support and improve.

Agility engagement:  An initial advisory project helped them define their key customer and market dimensions and establish how to tie these into their sales and operations data.  In addition to the customer definition, this project delivered a comprehensive set of metrics and KPIs to support the development of a business intelligence platform for their Sales and company leadership.

Agility then transitioned into a design and build project to create a business intelligence platform aggregating data from multiple company data sources.  The project delivered a multi-dimensional business intelligence tool with a robust and dynamic graphics-focused UX paired with a powerful search and filtering capability.  

Business outcome:  The client has been able to more easily and quickly identify new, critical and actionable insights into their customers and their different business segments and company locations, driving new sales and go-to-market strategies.
